1. How do I sign-up or register for itzamatch? |
|
|
|
|
|
You can start signing-up for membership at itzamatch by clicking on the “Register Now!” link in the Billboard portion of the Main Page or by clicking on “Sign-up” among the Quick Links below the header. You will then be asked to enter necessary information like your desired alias, email address and other vital info. After entering the required information, you will be sent an email with your password which you are supposed to enter in the Password Entry page. |

2. What is the Profile form and what is it for? |
|
|
|
|
|
After you have finished the registration process (as elaborated in no. 1), you will then be asked to provide us with more information about yourself through our Profile Form. Here, you will be given the chance to specifically state your characteristics and interests, to coming up with your own testimonials and write-ups. The Profile form is also where you can upload your photos. The information you provide will allow us to know more about you and facilitate a more comprehensive matching process between you and your desired match or the new set of friends you want to make. |

3. Why am I asked to enter my mobile number? |
|
|
|
|
|
The mobile number field is not a required field when you register. However, providing us with this information would be very beneficial to all members as we launch our array of mobile services and features. Soon, you will be able to register through your mobile number during any of our events and at the same time, log-in to our site at www.itzamatch.com using that number. |

4. What do I do when I lose or forget my password? |
|
|
|
|
|
When you have forgotten your password upon your attempt to log-in, just click on the "Forgot your password?" link right below the password entry box. You will then be lead to a page that will ask for information to verify your identity. This is to ensure that your request is secure. Once you have entered these information, your password will then be sent to your email address. |

|
|

5. Why do I see a different page when I am already registered? |
|
|
|
|
|
We have designed a different main page for all our registered members. We did this to emphasize the features and services that only registered members can enjoy. Also, we have customized the Billboard depending on your account activity. |

6. I am already registered but I want to change some of the information I provided. Where do I go? |
|
|
|
|
|
If you want to edit some of the information you provided us when you registered, just click on "My Area" among the Quick links. You will then be lead to your very own activity and alerts page. Click on the "Account Settings" box within the Profile Section. This will lead you to the main Account Settings page. Just click on the "Edit your membership information" button, enter your password to verify your identity and you're good to go. |

7. I am a member and I share my computer with another person. How can I ensure that I enjoy a unique experience? |
|
|
|
|
|
As a registered member, you will be viewing a unique webpage which only registered members are able to view. If the default account for accessing the page is your friend's, just go the Billboard section and click on "Not Username? Click here" link. You will then be prompted to log-in with your username and password. |

|
|
|
8. Can I block users from communicating with me? |
|
|
|
|
|
You most certainly can. Just go to your main Account Settings page, which you can access by clicking on "My Area" in the Quick links. In the Account Settings page, just click on the "Block Users" button which will lead you to the page where you can specify the extents of blocking other users. |
